How to Upgrade with Ingots?

For armors, Superior needs a Carbon Ingot, Flawless needs a Nickel Ingot and Mythical a Tungsten Ingot. For weapons, 3 ingots are required each tier. Carbon Ingot is found in areas level 20 to 55, Nickel Ingot is found in areas level 90 to 160 and Tungsten Ingot is found in areas level 220 to 340.
