"Spinoffs are Coming" says HBO about Game of Thrones

The Game of Thrones may be ending soon in its eighth season, but rejoice! For the HBO heard the cries of GoT fans all over the world.

The network announced yesterday that they are already exploring spin offs for the Game of Thrones. Yes spinoffs, not just one but many GoT predecessors. D.B. Weiss and David Benioff are still in the helm for the future projects so we are assured that the next Fire and Ice sequels or prequels will have similar quality of Game of Thrones we love and hate.

HBO confirmed that they are working with 4 big screen/TV writers hence the possibility of 4 spinoffs where it can produce another TV series, mini series or maybe a movie? HBO named the writers Max Borenstein, Brian Helgeland, Jane Goldman and Carly Wray as the four scribes to work on and with George R.R. Martin material. The writers are credited in movies like Kong: Skull Island, Kingsman, Heath Ledger's A Knight's Tale and TV show Mad Men.

Who knows, we will be complaining in the next coming years when HBO are drowning us with Fire and Ice spinoffs and George R.R. Martin figurines.
