Ladies and Gents, the No-Hideo-Kojima 2015 Game Awards!

I don't know about you but I am excited to watch this award show way more than the Oscars. The organizers are not exactly celebrities but the people nominated are nod-worthy and the exclusive trailers are worth waiting for.

There some controversies, of course, like one of the most beloved geniuses in the gaming industry, Metal Gear series guru Hideo Kojima banned from getting his award because of some ridiculous non-compete clause from his former employer Konami. Amidst the hail of boos and inaudible cursing from the crowd, Kiefer Sutherland of MGS5 Phantom Pain accepted the award instead. 

I'm beginning to think that Kojima must have screwed the wives of Konami heads to ban a person who is responsible for their most notable game series. Whatever that is about, I stopped buying any Konami games now and the future.
